I have to leave out many amazing movies, so my votes may still change, but right now:
Blade Runner 2049 Alien The Empire Strikes Back Mad Max: Fury Road 2001: A Space Odyssey
HM: Almost every other movie on the list. Can't believe I have to leave off masterpieces like Star Wars, Aliens & Back to the Future.

There's many films on here that I love. So hard to narrow it down.

I wonder why Terminator 2 didn't make the list? Surprisingly Terminator 2 only has a 75/100 on Metacritic.

Interesting choices.
Star Wars is about as sci-fi as Lord of the Rings & not sure why Spiderman 2 is on there.

From the list:
1. The Empires Strikes Back 2. The Terminator 3. Snowpiercer 4. Star Wars 5. Back to the Future
I'm surprised The Matrix is so far down the list.

Any sci-fi "best of" list without The Matrix is ridiculous. That's how I feel. I liked T2 better than T, but okay, I like 'em both. Love Snowpiercer. TESB belongs on anyone's list. But I shouldn't have to pick Back to the Future over The Matrix, ha ha, that's criminal.

The list is nonsense. No Forbidden Planet? No Wrath of Khan?

So they threw in 1 Planet of the Apes movie, and it's War for the Planet of the Apes? That's a decent movie, but I can think of 3 Ape movies better than that one.
