Yeah moron, logic, common sense and statistics. The gay aren't big in any of those areas. A few quick googles shows you to be wrong on this. Some of the countries in Africa with the highest percentage of AIDS patients are also the most Christian. "Christian" Protestant or Christian Catholic? Because the allegations are about 'evul Catholics'.

I have no idea the percentages of Protestant vs Catholics.

Allow me to produce some:
Care to explain why those Catholic countries have the highest rates of HIV in Africa Ada?
Could it be the Catholic churches contraception policy or is it just coincidence?
Why do you insist on talking about subjects you know nothing about?
You are and always will be an ill informed ignorant fool.
Carry on.

For it being Catholic policy I've yet to meet a Catholic who has ever expressed being against birth control (including priests).

Got anything to back that up? Yeah moron, logic, common sense and statistics. The gay aren't big in any of those areas. Great. Show us that statistics showing "the incidence of AIDS is lower in all Catholic countries in Africa than in Protestant, pagan or Muslim ones". You may well be right, but its more likely you are just spouting things without first checking they are correct.

Still stand by what I said. Never met him. Sure. But are you aware of his stance on contraception as the head of the Roman Catholic Church?

Just never knew a single lay Catholic or priest/clergy ever expressing subscribing to it. If anything I've heard it not only questioned and ridiculed, but called out and out wrong (by lay Catholics at least. the clergy I'm familiar with doesn't speak out to condemn the stance or back it up).

Bury your head in the sand all you like, it changes no facts. And little wonder that you'd be on the side of the molesters. What facts? You are very keen on accusations, but don't )can't) back any of them up. How does the Catholic church "Kill people with AIDS? Which people, where? I am not "on the side of molesters" moron, there are and always were fewer Catholic priests molesting boys than there were fathers, step-fathers, teachers, and sports coaches doing so. An "anecdote" to infuriate DrunkProg - at the end of last year our media were spitting and screaming about a "minister" molesting children who was on trial here - at least one news-reader referred to him as a "priest". This was during his trial, so it all came down to an allegation at that point. When the man was found guilty at the end of the trial he was finally identified - and turned out to be as much of a priest as you are! He was a former Mormon Elder in his late 60s, not a currently active Catholic priest as the media had tried to imply.
(NB DrunkProg, "anecdote" does not mean lie, or false, and for gadreel, the plural of anecdote is not data) ^^^ Ada supports an organisation that supports child rape and AIDS. Surprise, surprise.

Still stand by what I said. Never met him. Is that really going to be your argument against Catholics opposing birth control? You might want to really reconsider that. Because, honestly, it seems like it would be as valid as me saying, "I have never met a Klansman who hates blacks." Technically true, but if I were to try to use that to argue that the Klan doesn't, well...

I have no idea the percentages of Protestant vs Catholics. Sorry but I think that you are being disingenuous. The Catholic stipulation was the whole point, and the stats are available, I've seen them.

I'd encourage it and I flat out say most Catholics I know do as well. I'm against the official stance of the church.

Their issue is about Africa and the Church hierarchy has explicitly stated that condoms are allowed in Africa for the purpose of control of STIs.
