OMG i'm watching Mark's interviews during press tour. He basically always slams the movie/Rian and then backtracks immediately saying how its fine and loves everything. I sense real regret in his voice and eyes.

More evidence that RJ had a lot of freedom with the direction of the story. UNFORTUNATELY.
And also that Kennedy doesn't deserve her spot. The fact that there was no general outline is on her.

Kennedy had some idea what Rian Johnson was doing and likely set some guidelines or perimeters. After all, she rejected Colin Trevorrow's ideas and fired him for a reason.

Reason: men didn't look like useless douches in his script.

Interesting. I showed this video to my wife who doesn't really like SW and kind of hates it now that I have been obsessed with it lately. Anyway, she knows very little about current SW stuff in general. Ten seconds into the video, she said, "Oooh...she does NOT like him. Look at her face and body language. She really doesn't like him."
Now that I watch it a couple more times, I see it. And the more I watch it, the more I think he doesn't really like her either.
Has there been any friction reported between Ridley and Hamill?

Interesting theory. I would believe it more if her legs were turned away from Mark. However, her legs are turned towards him which shows acceptance of the other person (in this case Mark).

I've seen all the tutorials on reading body language, so I agree with you there and when I watched the video on my own, I didn't see anything other than normalcy. But watch again. Watch at :03 when her eyes close for an exaggerated amount of time and she inhales sharply. This is a sign of restraint. Then watch her start fidgeting :26 once he starts getting into the idea of giving the story over to the new protagonist. The fidgeting gets even worse when he mentions Rian at :29. The "mhmms" starting at 1:14 are not true agreements. It is her placating him. And then watch her eyes and her eyebrows throughout the video. For a few brief moments, she lightens up when Hamill mentions Ford. Otherwise, her brows are constantly furrowed and her eyes are slit. When we're open to people, our eyes are usually wider and eyebrows are more natural. When I see her face, especially toward the end of the interview, what I read into it is "your bitching is annoying me, Mark." I don't know. Could be reading too much into it, but a woman can smoke out another woman's secret anger a lot of easier than men generally. My wife was pretty confident that Ridley finds Hamill and his diatribe annoying and that she's most likely on the defensive.

She's able to have the job she has due to the original trio and George Lucas. She can deal with listening to Mark for a few weeks.

I wanna believe Mark is as displeased with the ST as I am but also too professional to express just how unhappy he is, and that he's probably being held hostage by Disney, but I also don't wanna unfairly and cheaply take advantage of critiques that might be greatly exaggerated and edited and taken out of context by a channel I've long suspected has a strong inclination to do so.

Mark Hamill's honesty is refreshing. I've seen Mark Hamill do something he regretted only once before. It didn't scare me enough then... IT DOES NOW!!! Star Wars is more real than we ever imagined! At that very moment Darth Vader told Luke he was his father, Mark Hamill had a Force vision of Kathleen Kennedy, JJ Abrams, Rian Johnson and the sequel trilogy. Only now do we understand the hidden gravitas of that scene.

The last time I saw someone that uncomfortable it was when Mike Myers was standing next to Kanye West when he said George Bush hates Black people. LOL!

First of all, Kanye is a nervous wreck. His pits must have lit up the room by the time that was over. Second of all, the look on Myers' face when Kanye says Bush hates black people was classic.

Poor guy. He was probably pressured into being in these movies by Disney. They probably gave him an offer he couldn't refuse and he must be on contract. Now Harrison Ford is gone and Carrie Fisher dead and he's stuck here by himself with these talentless hacks. Sad.
