The real question is: should women even be allowed to to m's jobs? Hohohoho, what about secretaries honey? I mean, doesn't that affect administration too? I mean don't you know anything about secretaries how they are like under like tons of desks.

The same, if the work is equal, and prorating for time at the job. A belated Happy International Women's Day!

If a woman is truly doing the exact same work then I see no reason they should not be paid exactly the same.

i did not vote because it just depends on what the job is. the way i see it... just getting equal pay just for the sake of equal pay i am against that as it boils down to job performance etc. jobs that are physically demanding the typical female can't compete with the typical male as it's simply nature. but i can imagine in general... regardless of whether someone is male or female, companies probably try to screw the workers as much as they possibly can get away with as i imagine there are many overworked/underpaid people out there. but the country has a avarice problem so it's not surprising many are all about 'ME ME ME and screw everyone else' mentality. another thing i think ill mention... it seems from what i can tell guys are better at things that require focus on one thing at a time better than females (at least on some things) but females are likely better than us males at multitasking on an average. also, i seen some show a while ago showing things that males are generally better than females and vice versa. like one thing i recall with females being better at is recognizing colors and multitasking etc but one thing i remember guys being better at was spatial stuff like packing a trunk full of items on who can do it more efficiently within a decent time frame. so i think some stuff, by nature, males are naturally better than females and females are naturally better than us males in some areas. just some random thoughts

100% of course! Women should be paid an equal amount of money and as much for the same job as men. Iceland is showing the way!

The very idea that this needs to be asked in 2017 -- oh, fuck it. I voted for the kitchen one just to be a dickhead.

I can't understand why anyone would think paying women less than men for doing the exact same job is fair or acceptable. Obviously they should be paid the same.

Same if they're doing the same amount of work.
