Yeah, that made me cringe. Remember when everyone thought John Cena was gonna be the next Rock or something?

Any spoof movies created by writer/directors with the first names of Aaron and Jason.

Ad for Hop (2011) featured (presumably as an example of its hilarity) scenes with the Easter Bunny pooping jelly beans and the heroine eating them. Darned if stores were not selling little plastic animals doing same and people actually bought them for their kids Easter Baskets.

Very bigoted films like Audacity or Accidental Activist.

Last I checked, there were movies based on Hunger Games and Fast and Furious. Both were straight to video. I have no urge to find out if there are others.

Friday the 13th Part 7 is my least favorite because of the premise. Jason vs Carrie.

I don't despise Die Hard 2 but I despise the stupid plot [ie that the planes would keep circling instead of just using another airport]

Friday the 13th Part 7 is my least favorite because of the premise. Jason vs Carrie. That is one of my favorite of the franchise because Jason finally meets someone who can overpower him. Then again, I don't actually like any of the Friday the 13th movies. I also think she is one of the most compelling protagonists of the franchise. All of them are poorly written poorly made mediocrity as far as I'm concerned and some are flat out awful ie. Jason X, Manhattan and Part 2.

There was a recent film whose plot doesn't hold up to the barest scrutiny but I can't remember what it was...I'll try to remember.

My favorite protagonist is from one of your least favorites, Part 2. Ginny is one of the few final girls in Horror that took down the villain using her wits. The Friday franchise has always been stupid indeed, but something about a telekinetic heroine pushed my suspension of disbelief. I think I accept supernatural horror villains, but draw the line there, because I also hated there suddenly being psychic children in Halloween 5.

And yet she still bored the crap out of me like everything else in that movie. To be fair though I stopped even paying attention halfway through the movie I found it so dumb and uninspired. It's basically just a really dull version of the first movie except the camp is open and we get a killer who has nothing that seperates him from the 20 other horror movie slashers that came out around the same time. Not to mention the movie isn't even remotely scary or funny. Just my little rant. I should note that I am not a fan of most slasher movies in general though. If a movie entertains and fascinates me then I can suspend my disbelief to great lengths. Not that Part 7 does much of either but it is more fun than most of the other Friday the 13th movies.

Some fat rich actor playing disabled or sick. Back in 1988 and 1989, the Best Actor Oscar went to back-to-back disabled portrayals: Dustin Hoffman in “Rain Man” and Daniel Day-Lewis in “My Left Foot.” Six years later Geoffrey Rush won for “Shine.” The movie/TV universe went crazy with actors going for awards by playing mentally or physically disabled. Alzheimer’s became an essential part of every actor’s resume. A very short list of actors going for the gold in this fashion might include: Elizabeth Shue, Jodie Foster, Leonardo DiCapro, Russell Crowe, Sean Penn, Kathy Bates, Rosie O’Donnell, William H. Macy, Cuba Gooding Jr., Mickey Rooney Mary Steenburgen, Tom Hulce, Mel Gibson, Judi Dench, Julie Christie, and Helena Bonham Carter.
Then, just when I thought the trend was winding down, Meryl Streep won the Oscar for getting Alzheimer’s in “Iron Lady” for 2011 and then both the Best Actor AND Actress went to disabled performances in 2014, sending me into a deep depression (Eddie Redmayne for “The Theory Of Everything” and Julianne Moore for “Still Alice”). The trend is going to keep going. Andrew Garfield has already tried to do an Eddie Redmayne with “Breathe” (2017).
Julianne Moore tried to excuse her phony baloney performance by saying it was “raising awareness.” But what family had not been effected by dementia in a family member. “Awareness” does not need to be raised.
I absolutely refuse to watch these movies or give them one penny of my money.

Movies in which beautiful people have been uglified for a role when less than beautiful actors could use the job and play the role as well.
Why add a big nose to such as Nicole Kidman or "Monsterize" a Charlese Theron?
Ordinary looking people can be played by ordinary looking people.
NOT talking about the likes of Roxanne, The Elephant Man, Phantom of the Opera, or Mask type transformations.
