One of the most beautiful songs ever recorded that no one has ever heard. It's spiritual to boot and since I'm dying...

I guess this one is not the easiest but King Crimson - Starless is something which I would not mind going out of this world to, however during recent years this album closer by Talk Talk is the one I would pick right now:
Now that it's over Rest your head
Mark Hollis
Time It's Iime (1986)

That is a a great pick Sulla, but I could easily also have ended up with Soon (1974).

My second favorite song ever. Can't argue with this choice.

My second favorite song ever. Can't argue with this choice. I didn't pay much attention to it at first, but I fell in love with it about 15 years ago. There are some great YouTube comments under this fan video. Video by vzqk50CL. 11kirky5 years ago "Still say this is like living your life in 15 mins, born, live, die. Encapsulates everything i love about music, if this doesn't touch you and make you wonder, well, find your own thing, good luck, i'll be out amongst the stars."

Agreed, and it takes you to all the places of life naturally. It's not what Styx was trying to do with theatrics during the Kilroy Was Here tour. It's just brilliant song-writing, and, as is always the case with Yes, even better execution.

Lots of good choices in this thread. Not sure for myself, but lately I've been loving this and it would make for a good last song:

Don't know if I can really commit to one song, but maybe:
Spiritualized - "Ladies and Gentlemen, We Are Floating in Space"
or BORIS - "Farewell"
