No way. A poster asked any veges? So I just posted a picture of a veg. tray. Yeah I didn't figure you would be going vegetarian, but that is a LOT of vegetables This is what I am having tomorrow. It is very easy. You should try it. 1 package of Kielbasa or smoked sausage 1 can of pineapple chunks 1/4 Cup of brown sugar Cut the Kielbasa (or smoked sausage) into about one inch pieces. Put in crock pot. Dump the whole can of pineapple chunks and juice over kielbasa. Add brown sugar and stir. Cook on low 6 to 8 hours. They are great just like that but sometime I put it over rice like this

If there were a nutrition and health board maybe I would participate here and there. But you can take that up with the administrator if you want that. This is where we like to talk about foods we all enjoy or our favorite foods, which are generally not always so healthy for us.

It's really easy to start a thread about any food related subject you want to talk about. Anyone interested will join you. That is what used to happen on the old board where there were people interested in cooking and the preparation of healthy tasty foods, and exchanging recipes and techniques for every kind of food under the sun, especially international and regional foods. This board is an American biased litany of 'packaged, processed, junk and restaurant food' of little to no interest to international posters. Food is so wonderful because fresh ingredients are shared across the globe with interesting variations worthy of discussion and so everyone could learn and try out new things. IF the type of food you talk about here makes up the bulk of your diet, then it is no wonder that America has an obesity and diabetes problem, and you are addicted to fat sugar salt and additives. Jamie Oliver tried to make some inroads into giving American kids healthy school lunches and failed, so I guess I am a mere Australian 'foodie', pissing in the wind.

goz If you want more discussions on subjects that appeal to you, I would suggest (again) that you start some threads. If you want to just bash what is already posted here and write potentially irritating observations such as "This board is an American biased litany of 'packaged, processed, junk and restaurant food' of little to no interest to international posters." (which assumes that there are no "international posters" posting here ) and follow up with general sermonizing about American eating habits... all I can say to that is ... good luck and Have A Nice Day !

goz If you want more discussions on subjects that appeal to you, I would suggest (again) that you start some threads. Nothing wrong with healthy foods. I would probably join in the conversation now and then. But in about 3 hours I am going to be chowing down on this. Healthy or not. If I have rice I might have it like this. Either way I am in for a treat!

Yeah do you believe that? I don't come here to be lectured and she or anybody else can take there American Bashfest and stick it where the sun don't shine.
