Probably Raiders of the Lost Ark. In fact I wore out the record and bought it again it towards the end of the 80s. I also have the Raiders audio adventure version (they cut it down into a radio drama-sort of thing).
The one I wanted to get but couldn't get was Who Framed Roger Rabbit. I was told it didn't exist but I saw the book author holding one in a picture so I know they had them.
The last I bought was either Robocop on CD or Hammer Films music collection.
