I know this has been asked before and if you haven't watched the SCREAM movies (which is a sin almost), SPOILER WARNING.

Imitation Johnny Depp and that other guy. Although Timothy Olyphant is the best actor to play Ghostface.

Although Timothy Olyphant is the best actor to play Ghostface. I think Tony-winning, soon-to-be Oscar nominee Laurie Metcalf has that one. Though I always found Matthew Lillard (re: "that other guy") underrated.

Jill Nope. She's easily the worst and it's not even close. Pathetic and annoying and so obviously playing up to the moronic millennial audience it made me embarrassed for everyone involved. Even those atrocious Wayans brothers movies were better and those things are more painful than hernia surgery without anesthesia.

He's a solid actor although he's not in much anymore. He's similar in some ways to Seann William Scott. Douchebag characters and bad choices kind of hurt him. Goon, The Rundown and Role Models are all good movies though IMO. What is Metcalf getting Oscar nominated for?

He actually improvised a lot of his more famous lines. But yeah, his career is really unfortunate. He was great in SLC Punk. Also was impressed by his cameo in the new Twin Peaks. Ladybird. Haven't seen it yet myself, but I did catch Metcalf in "Misery" on Broadway in the Kathy Bates role. She was great.

Lillard was really good in an FX series from a few years back. The Bridge. Another thing he and Scott have in common they both do a fair amount of voice acting. Lillard mainly does Shaggy I think.

I don't find Scott as talented, but I enjoy him as Stifler. In another world, he could have played Deadpool.

Even if you don't like Scott as much you should give Goon a chance. It's about hockey of which I'm not a fan but I really liked it anyway. One of those movies that I had passed by dozens of times on cable and finally I said "what the hell" and then kicked myself for not watching it already. I always like when that happens. One of the great things about TV and movies. A premise that you think can't possibly interest has the ability to entertain and in some cases enthrall you.

It's Billy Loomis, although I liked all four killers from the first two movies. I did not care for any of them in parts III and IV.
Classic line:
Fuck you!
No, no, no, no, no. We already played that game, remember? You lost.

The Scream movies are for YA teeny boppers not ready for real slasher movies.

Ronald Miller: What happened to us? We were all friends in elementary.
Kenneth Wurman: That's because we were all forced to be in the same room together. But, hey, Junior high, high school. Forget it. Jocks became Jocks. Cheerleaders became cheerleaders. We became us. I like us.
Haters gon' hate. You just be you, Anthonyrocks. I like "you."

You're half right, Scream DOES blow, because it's self parodying meta bullshit that insults the real, far superior slasher movies you disdain.
