I'm afraid I don't know their names: two hispanic actors who often play villains.
The first time I realized they were two people was in a deleted scene in Stripes, restored in the extended edition, where they are sitting together around a campfire.
The IMDB doesn't list cast from that segment, else I would be able to id them.
