Return of the Jedi and it's not even close. I do like Wrath of Khan though.

I kinda like the title "Wrath of the Jedi," come to think about it. Both of the films in this thread underwent title changes. "Wrath of Khan" was actually the third title for that movie. Director Nicholas Meyer's original title was "The Undiscovered Country". The studio, without Meyer's knowledge or consent, decided to change it to "The Vengeance of Khan". Meyer, who hated that title, pointed out the similarity to the third Star Wars film, which was then called Revenge of the Jedi. So Paramount changed the second Star Trek to "Wrath of Khan" before the Fox changed the third Star Wars to "Return of the Jedi". Meyer went on to use his original title for Star Trek II as the title for Star Trek VI.
