What will creatures look like in the next 15 or 20 million years? The answers vary from we don't know, to it depends or it's impossible to say. All life on Earth may be gone and maybe the planet itself is a pile of debris. Humanity may or may not survive. Anyway, here are some speculative artworks that could depict life of the future. If you dropped a few cats on a deserted island with grass and a few insects the feline descendants might resemble goats. Killer Wabbits are another possible development: Rat Monkey

Lagomorphs pose the greatest danger. I tend to agree but noted thinkers pondering the question generally agree that rodents will become serious predators while rabbits will continue as herbivores. Rabbits could usurp the roles now held by deer and camels.
