Anyone got any?
You know, like walking under ladders, black cats crossing your path, saluting magpies, breaking mirrors, spilling salt...
That kind of thing?

Not always but on certain occasions....If there is a cricket match going on and India is doing well then I don't take pee for as long as a particular partnership is going on.
I do a touch wood if certain thoughts come to mind.

I've broken enough mirrors, spilled enough salt, and walked under enough ladders to have centuries of bad luck... I guess it'll all hit me at once?

Nah, I used to actually make fun of those kinds of things all the time. Whenever there was a ladder up, I would walk under it over and over, just to be funny. I would always open the umbrella inside instead of outside. Nothing bad ever happened from these things. Whenever I was on a sidewalk, I would step on all the cracks deliberately, and my Mom's back never broke. I was basically the party pooper.
I did have quite an overactive imagination though. I wouldn't sleep with the light off because I convinced myself that it gave the books on the shelf more life, so that they could pull themselves from the shelves and open up to the pictures that happened to frighten me and then hover in my face. So I always slept with the light on, though I still wasn't entirely convinced that the books wouldn't try to scare me. Now that I'm older, I realize sleeping with the light off would have been wiser because I wouldn't have even been able to see the books in the dark, but that's younger me for you.
When I was VERY little, I thought that flushing the toilet opened a secret portal to the world of monsters, and that if I didn't leave the bathroom before the toilet bowl refilled all the way, the monsters would crawl out of the bathtub drain and eat me. So I would wash my hands super quick, sometimes leaving bathroom with them not dried or even cleaned very well. My parents found out and told me that the drain was too small for monsters to fit through, but what they didn't understand was that I believed that monsters could change their shape.
I could tell a bunch more stories similar to these, but it would take all day.

I used to never walk in between poles. I don't think i worded that right and not sure why but my step sister was really superstitious about it and everytime we would walk together and we were approaching a pole in between us she would freak out and walk behind me so the pole wouldn't cut in between us. And I still do Iit out of habit now lol

But there was only one 100+ partnership so I didn't have to do much.

I've just got a vision of your bladder bursting while waiting for a Tendulkar/Dravid partnership of a day and a half ending...

There's several I'm *supposed* to have: Don't whistle in the wings Leave one light on when you leave the theater at night Never say "MacBeth" in a theater. I break them periodically just to watch other actors cringe.

Black Adder is the business.

We have (at least) 2 former Christians on this thread so far who seem to have lost their faith. I wouldn't say that I'm superstitious at all, but I have this thing where I'm concerned that if I deviate from my routine, something might happen which I regret, and that it will haunt me. But to be clear, I do not fear that the changing of the routine is what will cause something bad to happen, I just don't want to look back on a particular juncture and think 'if only I'd done what I normally do, such and such would not have happened'.

2nd series was the best.

I disagree, I'm not sure there was ever a finer series on TV than Blackadder Goes Forth.
