These are the 4 most iconic scenes that most people are familiar with or remember the most in superhero movies:
1. Superman: The Movie - Superman's 1st public save. Superman flies up and catches Lois and then catches the falling helicopter with 1 hand, while John William's classic theme (1 of the most recognized themes in movie history) is playing.
2. Wonder Woman - No Man's Land. Wonder Woman crosses No Man's Land amid a barrage of machine gun fire and then proceeds to liberate a town from the German soldiers.
3. Spider-Man - Spider-Man and Mary Jane Watson, the upside-down kiss.
4. Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice - The Trinity. We see Doomsday's heat blast being blocked by a shield and then see Wonder Woman appear in costume for the 1st time on a theater screen and then the Trinity. 3 of the 4 most iconic superheroes in American comics history standing together side-by-side-by-side for the 1st time on a theater screen.

Probably the best scene showing how conflicted Bruce Wayne is between wanting a normal life and honoring his promise to his parents and the scene where Bruce becomes Batman Brilliant. Both are better than any scene in any mcu film

These are the 4 most iconic scenes that most people are familiar with or remember the most in superhero movies: 4. Justice League - Superman holding Aquaman with 1 hand and Wonder Woman with the other hand and then turning to see the Flash running towards him at superspeed. I've seen Justice League twice now (even the crappy films I like to give a second chance) and this is far from a memorable moment let alone iconic. (You do know what iconic means don't you)

One that comes to mind would be in the first Iron Man movie, where he shoots the tank and it explodes. Iconic shot over there.
Another would be many in The Dark Knight, like "Why so serious?", the pencil magic trick, the interrogation, or even the ending, just to name a few in that movie.

The scene in the Avengers with those 6 idiots standing in a circle was really stupid. When you're in a battle, you don't stand close together in a circle like that and give the enemy a chance to take out your entire unit with just 1 shot. And why the fuck were those 6 idiots just standing around doing nothing while the Chitauri were killing people?

But—as is hobowar ’s point, I think, and he can correct me if I’m wrong—that is opinion, and we cannot base iconicity, rightly or wrongly, on opinion. I, for one, thought that shot in The Avengers was just as bombastic, absurd, and silly-looking as the whole movie, but I wouldn’t deny that it was iconic. On the other hand, I greatly enjoyed Wonder Woman, but there’s not a single shot in the movie that I would call “iconic.” I think, DC-Fan, that you’re looking for a different word— stirring, perhaps?

1. Superman the Movie - First Appearance ... Seriously, the film is basically a template for all superhero films, which is probably why it will remain the most iconic.
2. The Avengers - Circle Shot ... First time in even modern cinema and which it really defined a cinematic universe of bringing together heroes from their own movies, and this scene was really the epitome of that.
3. Spider-Man 1 - Upside down kiss ... You don't find a better romance/superhero kiss than that.
4. Superman the Movie - Superman Turning back time ... Pretty self-explanatory
5. The Dark Knight - Why So Serious? ... Seriously, the number of people who began imitating that line in their own Joker voice was off the charts after that movie came out.
6. X-2 - White House Attack ... Coming off the success of the first X-Men film, the opening of X2 was phenomenal, especially in showcasing what Nightcrawler can do.
7. X-Men DoFP - Quicksilver Scene ... As far as I remember, that was like one of the highlights of the film almost everyone mentioned, which they unfortunately and shamelessly try to replicate in Apocalypse
8. Civil War - Captain America vs Iron Man ... They've already done two Avengers films and started getting into some of the more famous Marvel titles. I didn't think it was as great as it could have been, but perks to Marvel for coming this far and finally pitting the two characters against each other in one of the most brutal fights of the MCU
9. Iron Man 1 - Iron Man walking away from tank after shooting a missile at it ... They always showed this scene in the advertisements and it's definitely up there
10. The Dark Knight - Interrogation Scene ... I was blown away by Ledger's performance in this scene alone
