Foil wrapped fish filets - salmon and something thin and white with no label - baked in the oven with sliced onion, lemon zest and juice, butter.
Fresh cauliflower. Just salt and butter - no cheese or sauce.
Yukon Gold 'taters boiled in their jackets
Frozen peas.
Coconut cookies for dessert.
