If you want to go that route, he wouldn't have asthma anymore. They'd cured it out right. I believe the OP's interest was concerning BP's dilemma at a time where he is suffering with asthma. Asthma has no known cure and even if Wakandan medical science was sufficiently advanced enough for them to have successfully manufactured a cure for asthma, this would not impact BP's decision regarding his superhero name status unless the antidote was capable of producing instant results.
