I do. And I like it.
But obviously according to their programs, the style now is open floor plans, bright white finishes, and recessed lighting. Almost every remodel is "Knock down these walls, all new hardwood floors and recessed lighting". I wonder how long it will be before this style is replaced with another?
And most, if not all of their programs don't show the whole house. Mainly just the kitchen, the dining room, the family room, and maybe one other. Often times they don't show upstairs, or the bathrooms, or even the yard. I find that annoying.
And many of their programs have the hosts annoyingly tease each other. I don't think it is funny. Just poor attempts at humor and levity.
What do you think?

Sometimes, but my sister watches it more.

Catman used to. But it's gotten too repetitive, and some of the hosts are downright unlikable.
And what about gardens? Sure, the last attempt with that idiot from Australia was a total bomb, but that was because he was, well, an idiot.

No, can't stand any of the perpetually smiling cloudcuckoolander hosts.

No, can't stand any of the perpetually smiling cloudcuckoolander hosts. I haven't gotten tired of that yet. But I have noticed the lady on Fixer Upper is good looking but she has bad posture. She always has this warm and fuzzy hunch going on. (You know how women roll their shoulders when they curl up on the sofa with a hot cup of coffee or tea.) And her husband is so annoying the way he tries to be funny. Teasing about how great he is. Nobody thinks it is funny or attractive. I wish he would just get to work. On the other hand, the lady on Flip or Flop is super good looking --- with perfect posture --- but she has an annoying voice. She grinds her voice half the time. And she has this Valley Girl way of saying everything is "super cute". (I cannot stand people who grind their voice. I wonder if that is just a bad habit. Or something wrong physically with their voice box.) Nobody has to agree. These are just personal observations.

Used to when it had more gardening type shows & more what your "average" Joe or Jane could do.

Their Saturday morning lineup used to include a lot of DIY shows including one with a guy named Henry. He was great at explaining exactly how to do various small projects around the house.

I enjoy House Hunters and House Hunters International. Its a riot watching Americans who haven't got a clue that they can't expect to get the same kind of amenities overseas that they get here in the states. Try getting an apartment in NYC for less that you'd pay for a whole house! I would kill for some of those properties.

The few times Catman watched Flip or Flop with the original hosts, Catman was always delighted when they lost money on their attempt to flip a house.

I liked the gardening shows and the design shows featuring average people with a modest budget.

Not really, I can for a little while at a friend's house if they have it on. But I wouldn't actively seek it out when at home, on my own TV.

Sometimes while watching House Hunters, Catman wishes people realized there is no Emmy for best performance in a house hunting show.

For my sins. I do confessβdonβt tell anyone!βto watching it when Iβm away, if it happens to be on. I know, am I absolutely bonkers? But I like seeing the cities and am interested in architecture, soβ¦ No! No, Salzmank! Youβre crazy! The acting is so badβand, as Catman pointed out, why on earth do we need acting in a house-hunting show? Yet Iβve watched itβyes, I know, four Hail Marys, Father.

Used to enjoy some of the shows but they are heavy on re-running episodes.

These are shows about remodeling a whole house so that the buyers could move in and get everything they wanted. You ought to start streaming. Get Sling TV or the HGTV App. Then you can watch any show you want anytime you want.
