WTF, just saw this breaking news on ESPN! How does this improve either team? Maybe to clear cap space to sign Princess James?

WTF, just saw this breaking news on ESPN! How does this improve either team? It doesn't. It looks to me that both teams were just ditching guys they no longer wanted around. Bradley is a free agent so Det obviously had no interest in re-signing him.

Blake Griffin is the softest player in the NBA. He does not care about playing basketball. He will probably get a mysterious injury in Detroit and sit the rest of the season.

Hilarious, I had no idea they staged a number retirement ceremony for Griffin. Whatever, Doc Rivers called himself a Celtic for life shortly before demanding out because he didn't want to go through a rebuild, so that must have been his idea. It's always fascinating to me when teams aren't trying to win. The move is so strange at least for Detroit, that I have to believe they have something up their sleeve here. The Clippers must have decided Griffin isn't a championship building block (a little late to come to that conclusion, but still) either in terms of skillset or mindset and decided a rebuild was the best way to go at this point.

On the Clippers side, how must DeAndre Jordan feel right now? Paul and Griffin worked so hard to convince him to stay in L.A. and now look what has happened.
As a Piston's fan, this is a meh trade. The positives balance the negatives. I wish they would have traded for draft picks and fired Van Gundy, but this trade was better than a third alternative, which was just standing pat. I just wish Griffin wasn't the star they'd gone after. I was just ragging on New Orleans for having a fantastic player in Davis and instead of doing the sensible thing like go after a point guard, they do the least sensible thing and bring in another big. The same thing applies here, except Drummond isn't nearly as good as Davis, so this is more like New Orleans Light now. Super mediocrity, here we come! <sigh>
