The renowned intro and repeat in White Room is a guitar and a viola, played by Felix Pappalardi.

I debated between posting that one or the Beethoven. Both great.

Also, for the metalheads:
^ More /V\etal than all the death metal bands on the planet combined. You can even see the appropriate headbanging at 1:55.

King Crimson - Lark's Tongues In Aspic Part: 2 (1973) One of my favorite bands; I should've thought of this one!

Mine too. Love those hard hitting records between 1973-74, sadly Youtube have either deleted or removed most of the songs/cuts, which is a shame because I think the best version of Lark's Tongues In Aspic Part: II is the one from the 1975 USA Live and the CD version that have the crisp and fat sound of John Wetton going on full bad ass mode, and not the dull and too "remastered" later ones which sadly seems to "mix" down Wetton's incredible playing, specially on numbers such as the one stated above. From the short introduction of Walk on, no pussyfooting first 30-40 seconds then right in to total chaos where the band just dishes out one sonic mayhem number after another, attacking the audience with such a powerful and hard hitting performance, it really is a shame that the Youtube have removed them all.
