I have an affinity for most cars, especially those made before 1980 or so. I tend to like American and European makes more than Japanese. My favourite period is the 1950s...even the Eastern European cars of the 1950s look good. I don't think I've ever seen a 1950s car whose styling I didn't like. |

I have to agree, around 1955 things just went wild and styling didn't stop improving and getting more dramatic until the early 1960's. Then it toned down but the cars were still classy until federal regulations (at least in the US) started mandating huge crash bumpers in '73. |
