Seriously. Everytime I turn on an NBA game one of the teams is wearing some random jersey with a color scheme that doesn't match their logo.
What is this? It's so tacky. I'm guessing it's just to sell merchandise? Makes the league look so amateurish.
I just saw the Cavs wearing grey jerseys that say "The Land." What the flying fuck is The Land?

'Cleve-Land' - 'The Land'. Get it? Yeah - kind of like the color rush stuff in the NFL on Thursday Night Games. Everything always comes down to $$. These were the Jazz jersey's the other night. Kind of appears teams are having a competition with each other these days to put out the most outlandish ugly 'alternate' jerseys as possible:

The NFL has been going through this as well.
I can only assume the clothing line sponsor came up with a plan to sell more jerseys and the owners are pushing it because money.
I don’t mind it if it’s a special occasion or something. But randomly it just lacks any luster.

lol I actually like weird bright colored uniforms. Only because every league has like 5 teams each whose colors are Blue/white or Red/Black. So I enjoy seeing a riskier color scheme. But I don’t like when I can’t tell what team it is.

'Cleve-Land' - 'The Land'. They should have a meat cleaver over the word "Land," kind of like the tomahawk Braves logo.

I like colors, I like gaudiness, I like busy designs, etc.
Most guys have really, really boring, "conservative" tastes when it comes to clothing though. Look at the friggin boring as hell suits that politicians, executives etc. wear.

I'm with you - you can take your gray 'slacks' and tan dockers and cram it when i'm at work i've got 'Dork' stamped on my forehead - thick blackrimmed glasses - sweater vest over an 'untucked' collared button down with courdaroys - it's like i'm trying to look as dorky as possible and i love it - to each their own - i've actually always enjoyed shopping for clothes being a guy

For the sole purpose of selling jerseys. You could put a jersey with a pile of dung on it, a number wear it one game and a bunch of dumb people will buy it. That simple.

'Cleve-Land' - 'The Land'. Get it? Haha. I missed that. Probably the dumbest nick name for a city I've ever heard. How did that catch on?

In the NBA ANYTHING goes! I never even know what teams I'm looking at anymore!

The NBA jerseys are all over the place.
