horrible news.
guy is so fun to watch. unfortunately he may be going through this his whole career - it's sort of like Embiid - everytime he 'lands' incorrectly - i cringe and fear the worst.

Really hope he doesn't go the way of Yao Ming... He's a tremendous player. Plays a bit with reckless abandon down low which is great to see since he's been accused by some of being soft and loving to shoot from the outside. Christmas Day game he stuffed Embiid a couple of times and my jaw dropped. He's not exactly Mr. Softie who only wants to shoot 3s. Really happy the Knicks nabbed him - just shocked they didn't nab DSJ in the draft when he was there. Was hoping they'd start to really build up that franchise and wondered what they'd do during the trade deadline (if anything - they've been falling apart a bit), free agency and the draft this year. Will never forget him being booed on Draft Night. Good for him. |
