For example, Björn Ulvaeus from ABBA really hates their song "King Kong Song", and Frida from the group hates their song "Dum Dum Diddle". Mind you I like both songs though.....
Elvis Presley hated his song "Yoga is as Yoga Does". Can you blame him?
Lita Roza hated her cover of "How Much is that Doggie in the Window", which topped the UK charts. She was a jazz singer and hated being forced to record a silly pop ditty.
Can you name any other examples of songs hated by the people who performed them?

I've read that Ronnie James Dio disliked the song "Mystery", and was talked into releasing it by the rest of the band.

Sinatra loathed Strangers in the Night, perhaps in part because he thought it was about gays.

Sinatra loathed Strangers in the Night, perhaps in part because he thought it was about gays. I first saw this short film when I was in college, and have ever since associated "Strangers in the Night" with classic movie monsters!

Billy Joel hates We Didn't Start the Fire. He himself referred to it as a novelty song and compared it's melody to "a dentist's drill".
