Damn, it's at a 6.8 with over 6,000 votes. I'm actually beginning to think that this "sabotage" might work because this is a pathetically low score for a marvel film which usually starts out at a high 8/10. I wouldn't worry about it too much. What will happen is that IMDB will be forced to acknowledge that their system can be gamed with little or no effort when people see the obvious disconnect. I don't think many movie goers use that score soley to determine if they're going to see a movie or not. IMDB is a joke and once the press gets wind of this... Look at the ratings, 21% of them are 1/10 ratings from mainly DC fanboys who of course haven’t seen the movie. The rating is gonna go up once people see the movie no matter how much the retards are gonna try to downrate it. It’s not DC fanboys, it’s primarily alt-Right trolls, many of whom are middle aged. I still don’t understand why you think DC fanboys are above downrating MCU movies or basically above doing anything crappy MCU fanboys do. I hate to break it to you, but some DC fanboys are just as bad as the worst MCU fanboys. I think it’s unfair to put down an entire fanbase while defending a SIMILAR fanbase just because their taste in movies is closer to yours. Also you called me a MCU fanboy, but my favorite comic book movies are the 3 Dark Knight movies, no MCU movie would make my top 200 favorite movies list, I haven’t rated any MCU movie higher than an 8 and there are quite a few MCU movies I didn’t see at the theater because I wasn’t that interested in them. I do like quite a few MCU movies a lot, but I’m no fanboy. Also I gave Man of Steel and Batman v Superman 7/10 and Wonder Woman 8/10. Haven’t seen Justice League, but I want to. No interest in Suicide Squad though. Oh and I’m a big fan of most X-Men movies, especially Logan (which I rated higher than any MCU movie). |

He sees himself as superior to all comic book fans everywhere, and thinks that DCEU Movies and FoX-Men movies are somehow not really CBMs. Since he associates with DC Fans, he cannot acknowledge them doing something like this without acknowledging his own failings as a person. |

Once it wide-releases it should all even out. Exactly. The RT score will drop to like the high 80s or low 90s. Am I really the only one not shocked by the acclaim it's getting? The trailers were all well received and most people were hoping it would be good. Then it does get good reviews and people are mad all of a sudden? They act like it's a race or Marvel thing. It's needs to be said but this is a fandom thing. They threatened critics with violence over the Dark Knight Rises 6 years ago too. It was the first time Rotten Tomatoes suspended user comments on top of that. It's just a geek thing that hasn't been addressed proper because SJWs or whatever. |
