TDK by a hair, but they're both in my Top 10 favorites of all time.

The Dark Knight is a great movie but The Empire Strikes Back is in a class of its own.

I probably prefer the Dark Knight.
As much as I love the Star Wars movies I don’t ever have a desire to rewatch them. Compared to TDK, which I don’t think is the best Batman movie, which has Heath Ledgers Joker and one of the best performances ever. I rewatch it just for that and skip ahead to all his scenes.
