Sure, a lot of these titles are probably not "pure" horror, but I have seen very few modern horror films of the last years, not really interested and just too many older ones that I am far more interested in seeing so I will probably have big troubles coming up with more horror titles made during the 2010s, in fact the last 2-3 years I have probably not seen more than maybe 5-6, and it will probably be a very long time until I will watch another one as they just do not much for me.
The best ones or the ones I enjoyed the most was Tucker and Dale, I loved it and also Bone Tomahawk and to a certain point Let Me In while the rest are films I have no or very little intention of ever re-watching or wasting my time or money on again.

Sinister, The Lords of Salem, Dark Skies, It Comes At Night, Paranormal Activity: Tokyo Night
Maggie and Bone Tomahawk were also very good, but not primarily as horror movies.
The Fourth Kind and Kôji Shiraishi's Occult, both from 2009, also deserve to be mentioned.
Haven't seen Oculus, Insidious, Lights Out, The Lost Coast Tapes, Parasyte, The Evil Within and some other promising ones yet.
