It's almost like someone at Fox decided to revive those XMEN: Origins movies they had planned. Because everyone loved the first Wolverine movie, right? If I was fox, I will push out all this movies and put them in pre production which should automatically stop xmen from getting disneyfied though like Fiege said, it will take years.... 5 years maybe? in the mean time this movie and Multiple Man can be made. the genre needs them but we also know, the disney deal may still fall through. I think this is the reason Fox is just still acting normally. Though I am getting this sense that X-Men will be in a very pocket universe, you know how watchmen is DC but not part of the DC universe? Is what X-Men deserves. they need to be kept away from MCU/Disney brand as much as possible. this movie could just be the beginning. |

Too late, what's begun can't be stopped. That whole thing depends on Comcast buying Fox instead...and odds of that are pretty low. The Fox President himself said he'd rather sell to Disney. |
