So shooking, in fact, that I spelled shocking wrong. But now for the news. As everyone of reasonable intelligence here knew, the box office numbers have just come out for Jesus v Satan: Dawn of Heaven, and they far exceed any possible Marvel or DC movie! INCREDIBLE! (That damn cap locks button, always broken, ain’t it…) JvS: DoH is likely to be not only the first comic-book movie to win every single Oscar in every single category, but it’s also the biggest-grossing comic-book movie of all time! Whew! My own role in this massive, brilliant shared-universe endeavor, the Jesus Christ Extra-incredible Universe (JCEU), was only minor, but I would like to thank producers @forceghostackbar and President Ackbar™ and, of course, writer-directors Zack Snyder and Mel Brooks. Guys, without you, who knows what would have happened!? Now we’ll go on to the process of making an elaborate shared universe that’ll go on for at least 40 years, and, when that’s over, we’ll just remake everything! Brilliant! As long as no humorless religious fanatics are lurking around the peripheries, we’ll be fine… |
