Good little match up, with the in form spurs taking on high flying Juve, still challenging for Serie A against a spectacurly performing Napoli.
Juve are a force to reckon with at home or away but especially at home. 1 - 0 to Juve so far.

Didn't like parts of the line up when I saw it, but still fancied a draw. Aurier for Trippier? Son on bench? Davis?

Spurs all over the joint. Can't settle. This could be a one-way ticket out, never mind the second leg.

Better. Not sure if Kane dove there but we'll have none of that, Harry. They're finding their shape and trying to assault the home side but they've got most men behind the ball, look at them all.

Yes, they're right back in it ten minutes before the tea break.

The home crowd getting narked now as empty Peroni bottles and bits of half-eaten ciabattas rain down on Buffon's goal mouth.

Juve must have thought Spurs were a soft touch early on and now the Spuds are going for it. Theyre gonna love playing this ageing Juve across the Wembley pitch

Aurier is let off his stupid foul on Costa in the box as Lloris foils Higuain's spot-kick. And the ref blows up at just the right time.

It's almost like Phil Neville has come out of retirement to play in the Spurs back line. Conceded absolutely idiotic penalties.

A ripple of cheer comes up from the Spurs fans as Aurier is booked : he'll miss the second leg.

He totally wrong-footed the wall there. Eriksen pots for two-all. Away goals, chums, away goals.

Shades of Man United in Turin back in the 99 UCL Semi..
2-0 down very early on, Inzaghi was on the score-sheet I think, then United came back to win 3-2.
Can Spurs win it now?

A solid night's work, I'd say. Spurs become the first club this year to penetrate the Juve home goal line.
