Hot days by a mile, you can still go out and do fun things.

Very cold days. You get to stay inside all nice and warm, and you can laugh at all the poor saps who have to be outside.

Very Hot Days ; hands down.
because cold weather, especially more of that extreme cold just sucks in general as you just generally feel better in warmer weather.

Very cold days, because at least then you can still do things and go about your day normally, and aren't confined to the room that has air conditioning.

No matter how much I've tried to condition myself otherwise, I get very ill when I'm in the heat (particularly humid-heat, too much Irishness, I guess). The trade off is that when most people are wearing enough warm clothing to look like the New Year Blimp, I'm wearing a long-sleeved shirt and a cap. Used to freak out my buddies in school, till they got used to how I'd constantly under-dress for the cold and would just be a sick-looking, barely conscious, red-faced wreck in the late spring through mid-autumn.

Very hot days. I have to put on a jacket even with a breeze. Thatβs how sensitive I am with the cold.
