Anyone else find Cincy’s court to be fucking hideous? The whole thing is bizarre and not in a good way, the ends of the court are weird the way it has more brown behind the black and red, and the logo in the center is uneven and slanted, it’s incredibly distracting IMO. huggy drew it up back in the day whilst on bender.... how are they playing? Wichita up 2 as the second half’s starting. I don’t find the Bearcats to be all that impressive, very thin, all of their damage is done by 3-4 guys, beyond that they have nothing. Unsure about Wichita, this is the first I’ve seen of them.

5 point game now. Cincy has played a sloppy game but their defense is keeping them alive, I think Wichita is the better team overall and has the better chance of making a tourney run, Cincy will be an early exit again IMO.

Cincy loses two in a row and a #1 seed.
Maybe. Still a lot of basketball to be played.

I think the conference tournaments will decide that. Hell, if Duke wins out and takes the ACC Tourney, then they will probably get a #1. A five loss ACC champ. If Purdue comes back and wins the Big 10, they could get their #1 back. Gonzaga, Texas Tech, Auburn all still have a chance. Freaky season and it's far from over.

As of right now, my number 1 seeds would be Virginia, Michigan St, Villanova and either Purdue or Texas Tech.
Speaking of Purdue, they are playing Penn St here in a few minutes, should be a good nightcap.

Penn St up by 4 at the half, could be a huge upset. Nittany Lions are extremely underrated, they have some very solid players and a good style of play, a lot of ball movement. Purdue needs to feed Haas and push the ball inside more, all too often they appear to have no idea what they are doing on offense.

A mix of both good Penn St defense and Purdue not having an offensive strategy. However, that has changed in the 2nd half as the Boilermakers have a strong offensive strategy going, feeding it inside and dominating the paintnand running a lot of high ball screens, and they are playing much more sound ball, Purdue up 9 now.

Purdue wins it by 3 in a thriller, Penn St missed a free throw with 4 seconds left that could’ve tied it and then missed a 3 pointed at the buzzer. Huge win for the Boilermakers to snap their losing streak, they made some very good adjustments and played a strong second half. Penn St put up a hell of a fight, they are an underrated team that definitely should be in the tourney. Terrific game all around.
