some have speculated that thanos kills vision. but he is seen during one scene in the trailer as human so maybe he survives somehow

captain america, maybe one of the minor heroes like black widow, falcon, hawkeye. As for Vision, that could have been anything. A dream or scarlet witch altering reality for a few minutes. In the comics, Vision is able to also shape-shift, so maybe we will see that.
