...the JFK assassination...
I've read about 25 books on the subject and even corresponded with Harold Weisberg on this topic. A favorite book on this topic is entitled "The Assassination of John F Kennedy" a complete book of facts including dates, places and people by James Duffy and Vincent Ricci. Though it does not offer a conclusion, the book is a must for any JFK assassination buff. It is in alphabetical order making it easy to look up any item covered. (538 pages)

A quick search on the archive.org/ site gave me those results for Weisberg: archive.org/search.php?query=harold+weisberg&page=3 & Those for the title : archive.org/search.php?query=the%20assassination%20of%20John%20F%20KennedyYou have to dig and look for yourself right and left but in one of the books suggested you got Mrs (Lee Harvey) Oswald Testimony: archive.org/details/investigationofa01presIt doesn't have everything but great site if you want to dig a bit.

(538 pages) I'm convinced the mob did it and made it look like Castro to force LBJ et al into quickly closing the matter. Makes the most sense to me anyway. I'd like to know how the pyramids were built and why, in Egypt and elsewhere.

The disappearance of Percy Fawcett That one is fascinating. But i think we can assume that he and his son was killed by indians. At least that to me is the most likely thing that happened.

I think we talked about this in another thread before but...
What happened to Lieutenant Ernest Dewitt Cody & Ensign Charles Ellis Adams, the crew of the L-8 Blimp, on the morning of August 16, 1942?
When I was introduced to this mystery, it was implied that something happened to the men, when they investigated a "Suspicious Oil Slick"...
"Either they fell out, or were captured by the Japanese"...
But after doing more research, it seems that this may not be what happened to them...
They did investigate a "Suspicious Oil Slick"... This was witnessed by other people.
At 7:42 AM, the L-8 dropped two Mark IV float-lights... and began scrutinizing the area... circling the area for more than an hour...
The blimp circled at 200 to 300 feet, at one point descending to 30 feet above the waves, as if its crew wanted a closer look at something. Then shortly after 9 AM, L-8 dropped ballast, rose and headed back toward San Francisco. Since blimps regularly patrolled the California coast, nobody thought L-8’s movements seemed unusual.
Could the "ballast" have been Cody & Adams?
If this "ballast" was NOT Cody & Adams...
Then we have a greater mystery here...
If both men were still on board, when L-8 headed back to San Francisco around 9 AM... What led to their disappearance, by the time the L-8 came ashore at Ocean Beach around 11:15 AM?
And why didn't they radio in, when they departed the search area at 9 AM?
It seems as if, one minute they were flying in the blimp, and the next, the crew just vanished into thin air... And there is NO evidence to suggest that anything else happened after 9 AM...

I'm going to say the Rudolf Hess Mystery mainly because the whole situation in a convoluted web of mysteries. 1) What motivated Hess to fly to Britain? 2) Was it really Hess who crashed in Britain/was at Nuremberg/Imprisoned in Spandau? Or was it a double? If it was a double, was his family lying when they said it was him? If it wasn't him, where's the real Hess? 3) Was his dementia during and after his captivity genuine or a ruse? Or was his alleged confusion the result him not really being Hess? 4) Did Hess really commit suicide or was he murdered?

Here's Another One That I Find Interesting...
As noted... S.T.E.N.D.E.C. ... was sent THREE times, in two separate communication attempts.
I don't believe this to be a simple typo.
Typically, when you want to communicate with people all over the world, you want to use a common vocabulary, so that your messages will be understood by everyone... Which is why there are usually official universal radio communication procedures that are created and radio operators are expected to follow...
I don't believe "some obscure phrase" was being used in the transmission.
Yes, There have been numerous attempts over the years, to play Morse Code word games, in hopes of trying to solve the mystery... And, I have to agree, that it probably will never be satisfactorily solved...
But, I still have wonder what it means.
