The World According to Garp (1982) - Only saw this once way back in 1999 but still remember much of it.

Into the Wild. The ending was very depressing (true story) and I only saw it once, but I still remember most of the film and the message conveyed. I particularly liked the Hal Holbrook character.

Life is beautifull. The character rubbed off on me for sometimes in a good way. It was a great movie.

Doctor Zhivago (1965) , an impressive saga that moved me a lot . I have a bluray of it just in case I want to see it . I'm not Russian but the life stories resonated with events in my own life .

last temptation of christ, Rushmore, punch drunk love, the departed. i haven't seen any of these movies outside of the cinema (but saw each at least 2 times in the cinema, some more than that) and loved it and still occasionally think about it and can remember all sort of feelings about it. i am kinda saving them for "later in life" to watch them again.

Gladiator, specifically when Maximus(Russell Crowe) says, "What we do in life will echo through eternity." Shawshank Redemption still resonates with me as well.

It's probably been at least 5 years since I've watched Apocalypse Now, yet I still remember just about every scene and bit of dialogue.
I purchased it on Blu-Ray not too terribly long ago, but I've yet to watch it since then. I can't wait to revisit it.

Dead Man - beautifully photographed, poetic western. Don't think I've seen it since it's initial 1995 release.
The Straight Story - lovely, understated gem, uncharacteristic of Lynch, but just as impressive as his more well known titles. Also haven't seen since initial 1999 release.
Hoping to rewatch both soon.

None.
because as a general guideline for me... any movies I consider good enough to be a favorite (i.e. My Top 186 movies) will be re-watch at least once every few years or so at the most with some being seen a bit more often.
I just never understood those people where a movie somehow sticks with them, to a high enough level(i.e. your clearly enjoying it more then a larger portion of movies you have seen), but you then never re-watch it for like 10+ years etc. true gems should be seen more often than that because, I don't know about everyone else, but movies that stand out tend to deliver more overall enjoyment of watching them than a high percentage of movies I have not seen before.

Well, in my case Into the Wild was a wonderfully done movie but the ending was depressing enough that I don't want to really experience that again. I could watch Raiders of the Lost Ark, Open Range, All the President's Men at least once every couple of months and never tire or not wish to experience the film again as they are favorites but some films even though I enjoyed them do not really need to be visited again.

International House with WC Fields and includes Burns and Allen, Baby Rose Marie blasting out a jazz tune when she was about 8 years old, and the incredible performance by Cab Calloway and his band doing Reefer Man.

Just a couple
Schindler's List
House Party - I can't explain it, but it was so much like a parody version of my teen years that I can almost blend the movie experience and my life.
