What's the infrastructure like in Morocco? I'm not thinking it's up for the challenge of accommodating fans of 48 teams. Wikipedia says there are 6 stadiums over 40,000 capacity. They would have to build one 100,000 capacity stadium for the final but most host countries have to do that. Not like Qatar which had to build several stadiums. Morocco has a large tourist industry, has around the population of Canada in a much smaller place so getting around and accommodation should not be a problem. I was there in March, great weather. And the kif is good. What’s the weather like in June? 150 in the shade? It would be another winter WC.

Boycott Russia Take it away from Qatar (=> Australia) then China
The US is unworthy for football since they have no proper league, still trailing behind the other four major league - so why should FIFA give this tournemant to such a country?! Give it to a country that loves football and is interested to develop it. The US doesn't.
The WC in 1994 did nothing to promote football in the US, and also this one would be a waste if held in the US.

It was one of the conditions as far as I know, but the MLS is not even a joke. China is the future, and the Chinese are truly interested in football. FIFA should write off the US.

I guess I'm kinda tired of FIFA & IOC both wanting everything & nothing the same. If FIFA decide against North American hosting, fine, good on them. Just don't come knocking at our doors when the going's not so good.
MLS is world calibre on a secondary level, they're beginning to show for Liga MX CL games, esp when it takes winning in hostile territory. I think if MLS can match say the SPL I'd say they're doing good.
