It details the leadup to 9/11 and the rivalry between the FBI and the CIA. Jeff Daniels is in the lead. He's been on a role lately. It seems that like since The Martian, he's been in more stuff, both in television and film. Eerily enough, the title comes from a quote in the Koran that Osama Bin Laden liked to repeat: "Wherever you are, death will find you, even if you are in lofty towers" .
