Not surprised by any of this. We knew there was going to be a phase 4.
The question is now is which one of those dates are for new properties?

I hope at least half are new and half are sequels We know that Guardians of the Galaxy vol 3 is one of them, that sequel was already confirmed. I'm guessing that we're going to get a Doctor Strange 2 and a Black Panther 2. I'm sure that Captain Marvel will do well at the box office, so she'll get a sequel. And I wouldn't be surprised if one of those dates are for Avengers 5

Everyone has been saying that Comic Book Movie Fatigue is going to happen. It seems that MCU might be quasi bullet proof in that regard. Kind of like how Pixar and Disney animation are. (well Cars 2 notwithstanding)

(well Cars 2 notwithstanding) Well we had 3 films last year and they did good and this year we're getting another 3, with the first release doing extremely well. I guess we'll see how Infinity War and Ant-Man and The Wasp do. But there could be a fatigue coming, especially with the fox, Sony and DC upcoming releases.

We won’t get a Captain Marvel sequel so soon.
I’m guessing one will be World War Hulk. No one seems to be thinking about a big movie with everyone involved. They make the big bucks.

If they add a 4th movie per year I think it should be more than solo movie, but less than a full Avengers Movie. Like Ragnarok, but more than Antman and the Wasp. I would like to see a Scarlet Witch and Vision movie. Guardians + Ironman might work. I hope we get a Great Lakes Avengers or a west coast avengers with BP leading it from his outreach center in Compton. These wouldn't count as the big Avengers movies. If/when the Fox Disney deal goes through they will need to add a 4th movie.

4 films a year is a bit Overkill.

if the 4th is a MCU X-men or FF movie it would be the same amount of comic book movies we get now. Actually might be less. Fox has got DP2, Dark Phoenix, and New Mutants was going to be this year too.
