Who will win Best Picture? So not who you want to win, but you think is going to win.

WHO IS GOING TO WIN - "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri"
WHO DO I NOT WANT TO WIN - "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri"
WHO DO I WANT TO WIN - "Dunkirk"

I haven't been following the precursers too closely, but I think that director snub was a critical blow to Three Billboards. Plus SJWs are dogging it because the white cop had a character arc instead of just remaining a scumbag the whole time (the audacity!)
I'm thinking Shape of Water. Most noms + Del Toro is a shoe-in for Best Director.

Three Billboards was a crap film, it lost sight of whatever message it thought it had and became a bad dream the Coen brothers woke up from sweating.

Wow, I think I've only even heard of three of those.
And re what I've heard about The Shape of Water, it doesn't sound like something I'd at all be interested in.

The Shape of Water gets my vote, but I fear Three Billboards will get the win in the alarming trend of the best picture and best director winners being different movies.

From looking around the general word is very likely one of the following two...
-Three Billboards -The Shape of Water
if anything else wins I think it would be a surprise.

I'd prefer The Shape of Water but I think the climate is shifting towards either Lady Bird or 3 Billboards.

I hope it's not 'Lady Bird,' not because I don't like that film, but because if it wins 'Lady Bird' will be saddled with a "shouldn't have won the Oscar" reputation.

My guess is The Shape of Water. I could easily see it going to Three Billboards or Lady Bird, though.

I haven't spoken to anyone who hasn't said Lady Bird is overrated so I'd be very surprised if it wins. I still have to see it myself, it won't be in theaters until April. I think it's between Three Billboards and The Shape of Water. Dunkirk also has a chance due to the voting system, even if it is a small one. Get Out also has a chance, but tbh I don't think it's Best Picture winning material. I liked it, but it's not even my favorite horror movie of the last years, let alone my favorite movie of 2017. If anything else than Three Billboards or The Shape of Water wins it would be one of the biggest oscar surprises I can remember. But on the other hand, this is probably the most unpredictable oscar seasons.

I think The Shape of Water will win.
Three Billboards is a close second.
Get Out and Lady Bird could be dark horses.
I hope Dunkirk wins, but there's just about a 0% chance of that happening.

Since its the best movie of 2017 in my opinion, my vote goes to Lady Bird. But of course it wont win.

I think it's definitely between Three Billboards and Shape of Water, but McDonagh missing out on Best Director makes me think Shape of Water is going to win.

I'm leaning towards Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. If not, then The Shape of Water.
