Uh, JLaw is naked in theaters RIGHT NOW. Ellen Page did a nude scene recently, too.
To answer your question, I've lost hope on the IKWYDLS duo Jennifer Love Hewitt and Sarah Michelle Gellar. Katherine Heigl and Katherine Isabelle are the types that think it's beneath them. Dunno on a 5th.
