I was entertained; gave it 6/10. I don't think it needed to be what, 2 hours and 20 minutes? Hearing Gavin O'Connor's doing Suicide Squad 2 is encouraging.

It's my 2nd favorite movie Affleck appeared in behind Good Will Hunting (1997) (9/10 ; within my Top 26 movies), but Good Will Hunting is more of a Matt Damon movie though, so in a way, The Accountant (2016) would be Affleck best movie.
6-6.5/10 ; within my Top 235 movies. I have seen it twice so far (Dec 24th 2016/Dec 26th 2017).

This is one of those movies in which I thought it was pretty good when I saw it, but now I don't remember anything about it.

I actually really like this film, I've seen it multiple times, once in theaters but HBO has it on repeat so I've probably seen it 3-4 times.
Now, there are aspects that don't always work, like the FBI scenes (which needed a bit more depth to them), but I fully enjoyed it.
