Guess which modern-day actor looks somewhat (over 50% to me) like the late great Randy aka Mr. George Randolph Scott? I'm NOT sure what color RS's eyes are: blue, hazel, green, gray or brown?? The actor who resembles him has brown eyes. RS is 6'2" while the other guy is 6'3".
In this pic his eyes look brown:
In others, they can be blue, hazel, green or gray. So, I'm not sure what color they actually are...
Btw, I prefer Scott OVER the other actor.

I'll give you a hint and tell you that it's the eyebrows that are mostly alike. The yet as unnamed actor could EASILY play RS in a biopic or take on one of his roles in a REHASH of one of his films (although it obviously WON'T be ANYWHERE near as good).

I can't see it. Also, their heights seem wrong. Scott strikes me as taller than Mitchum, but what do I know? I read years ago that Mitchum was 6'1", and that sounds about right to me. Gregory Peck clearly had the height advantage over Mitchum in Cape Fear even as Mitchum was overall a bigger guy; huskier, more intimidating. As big as Mitchum was, and he did look huge on screen, I think it was his stature, the shoulders and upper body, more than height.

I wanna say Bryan Cranston. By the way, two Randolph Scott threads at once on the front page? Is he becoming the new Lee Marvin?

The other actor IS still alive and making films.

B.O. is trying to be quoted. Easiest way to be noticed when the OP has him on ignore. Same reason he has been hanging out in the other Randolph Scott thread.

I realize that it's because I play the Bakers's Dozen games too enthusiastically to suit you and have said that the old games rules no longer apply to the new board. I have rarely spoken to you other than to tell you to stop fussing about me and the outdated "rules" so this continued name calling is getting increasingly creepy. With the limited time you spend on line, why bother posting at me ? You are too old to be acting like you are a disgruntled teen. Admin has replied to your complaints about me. Perhaps you need to pay attention to what he has said.

Lee Marvin and Scott would have been a great match-up in a movie, eh ? Will have to check the filmographies (later) ... maybe they did appear together. News at eleven.

You have started whole threads about me on the games boards complete with name calling and other insults. The threads are still there so please stop playing innocent. You are in this thread to be noticed by the OP who has you on ignore and you are in the other Randolph Scott thread to harass the OP of that thread who also has you on ignore.

I don't actually have a lot of knowledge about Randolph Scott (still somewhat of a classics newbie). Mostly I know him from that one in Blazing Saddles or these unsubstantiated Cary Grant rumors. You would think with three threads someone might mention a movie or two...?

One of his best late Westerns, Seven Men From Now, Randolph Scott shares a lot of screen time with Lee Marvin. You will definitely want to check that one out!
