I checked your profile before I wrote my post above. If I saw that your birthday would be coming up soon, I would have taken the OQ as a request for advice.
Anyway, I think I get it now. For me it is usually seafood. Either shrimp or scallops. When I was a kid, my mother would give us a choice on our birthday. For many years I asked for chicken croquettes. Then it was London broil for a while.
