Currently watching season 2 of Jessica Jones, the X Files and Agents of Shield.
Just finished altered carbon and the runawayys. The Runaways was really, really, really good.
12 Monkeys is way better than the movie. That I did not expect, but I was pleasantly surprised.
I'm interested in Colony, Van Helsing, Channel Zero, the Librarians and Once Upon a Time and Gotham (I'm into superhero, scifi, horror, fantasy). I just need to find time to watch more shows.
God I hate it when life gets in the way of watching TV and movies.

What is it like and was it a free to air show or a Netflix show? I don't know what networks a lot of the shows air on in America 'cause we have them on different channels in Australia and up until I heard 'The Librarians' was cancelled recently (which was disappointing 'cause I love the show) I always thought it was on the Syfy Channel but it turned out to be on TNT. They are looking to get it picked up by another channel now which they might be successful with but even if they aren't it is still worth checking out and I heard it will continue as movies if the show doesn't get picked up. Out of all the shows you mentioned there 'Once Upon A Time' has the most seasons and could take you some time to catch up on and I would suggest you watch 'Van Hesling' and 'Channel Zero' first 'cause they have the least number of episodes. Yeah. It is difficult to keep up with a lot of shows. I watched a lot of them when they air on TV here but watching a show like 'Once Upon A Time' from the beginning on DVDs could take up some time.

Altered Carbon is a Netflix show. It's got a Blade Runner like atmosphere, cyberppunk, dystopian. The series had ten episodes and story wise it's more complex than the typical sci fi show. Wikipedia has a nice, short summary without spoiling anything. Thanks for the suggestions. Yeah, OUAT ran for 7 seasons, wow. That's why I never got around to watching Supernatural, I mean it's 13 seasons lol. I just saw season 1 of Channel Zero is called Candle Cove. Haven't seen it yet but it has the same title as a creepypasta I listened to some months back. Not sure if they're connected.

Yeah they're connected. IRC, each season of Channel Zero will tell a different story based around a creepypasta.

So what do you think of Riverdale? I'm intrigued but haven't committed yet.

So what do you think of Riverdale? I'm intrigued but haven't committed yet. It actually started pretty strong last season. It was a stylish mystery show. This season the writing seems to have gone down steadily. Hopefully, they will right the ship again.

Haven't seen it yet but it has the same title as a creepypasta I listened to some months back. Not sure if they're connected. You're welcome and thank you for letting me know about 'Altered Carbon.' Yeah. 'Supernatural' is a show that could take ages for people who have never watched the show before or only watched it during the earlier seasons to catch up with 'cause not only has it got 13 seasons but the majority of seasons have 22/23 episodes. I started watching it when it first aired here in Australia on Channel 10 at 8:30 pm after 'Smallville' and we got it at the exact same time they were airing the season of 'Smallville' Jensen Ackles (Dean) was in so he was appearing in two shows back to back here. I never expected it to go longer than 'Smallville' and I remember reading it was supposed to end after Season 5 which is why Eric Kirpe killed a lot of the characters off but due to the show's popularity it kept going and I think it will end up going longer than the original 'Dallas' (which had 14 seasons) 'cause the person in charge of the CW Network has said they will keep renewing it as long as Jared and Jensen keep doing the show and Jared said last year he would do up to Season 15 and then think about it.
A lot of 'Supernatural' after Season 6 has been very hit and miss in my opinion and there have been some good episodes I have enjoyed but there have also been a lot of lackluster ones and the writers have made a heap of bad decisions killing off popular characters which has lead to people quitting the show and much like 'Arrow' with its Olicity fanbase 'Supernatural' has an extreme fanbase of fans who are in love with Sam and Dean and don't want any female characters being with them and actresses who have played roles that were going to be their love interests have faced tons of abusive from these fans on their social networking pages. If you ever get around to watching it I would suggest you watch the first 5 seasons (which are the most popular) first and then decide if you want to watch the rest of it. The first season of 'Channel Zero' is based on the creepypasta of the same name and it is worth checking out and out of the 3 seasons I think the first series was the best. Season 2 was kinda boring to me and I didn't feel as attached to the show where I was looking forward to seeing it like I did in the first season and I don't think it was bad but but I never caught on to it. One thing I should point out with 'Channel Zero' is it is very short and the seasons don't connect to each other and have different characters.

And so another thread is hijacked!😁 Heehee. Yes. I couldn't help myself 'cause Mackenzie is so pretty. That is one of my favourite photo shoots of her and I am very excited her show has been picked up for another season 'cause it is one of my favs at the moment.

Oh believe me. I know what it's like to develop a fan obsession on someone or something and cannot get it out of your mind.
Mine happens to be a song from a German musical.

You have some very unique interests like me and I have learned about a lot of things I didn't know about before talking to you. You know more about Classic Horror movies than me too while I mostly know about Horror movies from the 70s. 80s, 90s and 00s. I had no idea Bonnie Tyler's 'Total Eclipse of the Heart' was originally going to be in a Horror musical.

I read somewhere that the video for Total Eclipse of the Heart was about vampires, but I didn't know its link to horror musicals either. One can spend years listening to a song and not know what it means. I was listening to "I Ran" on radio for years and had no idea it was about alien abduction

Some of the things you find out about songs are quite surprising and there are a number of songs people think are love songs but are very much the opposite and there is a song called 'It Doesn't Matter Anymore' by Buddy Holly which is a sad song but you wouldn't guess it with the happy cheerful music in the song and 'Whoopsy Daisy' line. The same goes for some Everly Brothers songs too like the one below.

You left Supernatural off your list. That show jumped the shark a long time ago but I gotta congratulate the writers behind this season because it's fairly good. Nothing special but I want to see what happens next.
