Man of Steel 2 is rumored to be announced shortly because while JL was not a success, WB was reportedly pleased with the positive responses to Superman's appearance in Justice League (no shit b/c he's not dead). TEXT: We know that other movies have been talked about as of late, but are not officially confirmed to be happening (which means there is still a possibility they might not), which include:
Green Lantern Corps - being developed by David S. Goyer who confirmed it's still in the works
Justice League Dark may be a possibility, but again nothing for sure
Cyborg said to be still happening by Joe Morton
Dwayne Johnson's Black Adam movie
Daid Ayer's Gotham City Sirens
Movies for Joker and Harley Quinn

I don't mean to be rude, but does anybody even care about this anymore?

These are seemingly just the dev-hell projects not confirmed yet, some will not materialize. Batman is officially confirmed I believe, same as others such as WW II Aqua etc. Still the projects sound interesting as they may bring some freshness.

I think DC is trying to see what people want, now. Throw names out and see if people will bite.

The only things that appear to be set in concrete are their TV shows like 'Krypton', 'Titans', 'Metropolis' and 'Harley Quinn' but other than that I am not believing anything until I see it.

We've been getting lots of random news that goes away when people are negative or so-so about it. Either it gets denied or quietly disappears. I think the DCEU isn't a thing and was named by people other than WB/DC. They've just gone with it and said these movies are a part of a multiverse so they can end these movies and go another direction if they wanted.

I mean the director of the Nightwing movie is going to film dungeons and dragons, which has a 2021 release date. Who knows if Nightwing will be made before or after.

MoS was ok to start the DCEU - an unpopular opinion I know - but BVS tried to do too much. Instead of just being about Batman and Superman, they had to include Doomsday, WW and lay the seeds for Justice League. WB tried to do too much at once.

Like I said in another thread, I think they could have made Justice League as the movie after MoS. Had them recruit Superman to the team. Save the detailed origins for their solo movies. For series of movies, you don't need to start off with the origin every time. You just have to get us invested in the characters. There is no point in having an origin story if I don't care about your character in the first place. And I too liked MoS... at the time it came out. But it has been retroactively soured for me because of the movies afterward.

WB/DC should have followed the MCU model just out of caution and made solo movies for the JL members, barring perhaps Cyborg and maybe the Flash since Ezra Miller apparently was likable enough despite limited screentime.

If true the choices kinda baffle me. Most of those seem as though they should come after DC has made a solid foundation for the characters.
Where's Man of Steel 2? The Batman? The Flash? Martian Manhunter?

Well, 'Krypton' is out now (it doesn't air here in Australia until Wednesday) and I was pretty sure it was going to air 'cause I have never seen the Syfy Channel air trailers and do a lot of promotion for a show they didn't air and I think 'Titans' and 'Metropolis' will air whether it is on the DC Online Streaming Service or Netflix but I am not too sure about 'Project 13.' Elizabeth Banks was set to direct it and it was going to be on the CW Network but I haven't heard anything new about it since last year and Elizabeth Banks appears to be doing other things.

It doesn't sound like 'Nightwing' is going to be coming out anytime soon especially with 'Batgirl' being put on hold and no further updates about the other Bat Universe movies I would say Warner Bros have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I think they will still come out but we might be waiting until 2030 with some of them.

Martian Manhunter? I think they're (or were) focused on what was popular, hence Harley Quinn having two movies, unless she's NOT in GCS.
