OK, I loved—lemme see— Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, Iron Man, Batman v Superman, and Wonder Woman. (And, if we bring in earlier comic-book movies based on these properties, I also loved Burton’s Batman, Batman Returns, and the ’66 Batman.) I also liked Hulk (2003), Fantastic Four (2005), Batman Begins, Captain America: The First Avenger, Iron Man 3, and Spider Man: Homecoming. So, to answer the question re: movies, yes. (I strongly disliked Iron Man 2, Thor, The Avengers, Thor: the Dark World [which I’d forgotten I’d even seen until someone here wrote about the plot—that’s how (un)memorable it is, I suppose], Man of Steel, and The Dark Knight.) I’m not particularly schooled on the comic book side, but as detour wrote at Colden’s forum…

I keep an open mind because I don't want to miss enjoying something because I feel the need to bash it for fanboy reasons.
Plus I love characters from both companies. I do love more Marvel characters, but that doesn't mean I would miss seeing Superman, Flash, or Green Lantern in a movie. And now Wonder Woman interests me too. I'll be there opening weekend to see Aquaman too.
The only real hate I have is for Batman fanboys and how they hate all other characters from both companies in the religious quest to have Batman defeat every other character with "prep time". It also sucks that DC movies have to turn every other DC character into an idiot when Batman shows up so he'll have some reason to be there.

Its very simple really Batman will win if the writer wants him to win and he will lose if the writer wants him to lose.

See, here's the thing... I jus don't see how it benefits me to favor one over the other.
My sucking the teet of one doesn't make the other stop making movies, or make them make better movies. it would just be me sounding like a "drunk the kool aid" fanatic who's raging for no real reason. They're the ones laughing all the way to the bank on all the fanaticism.
personally I enjoy both and I will always do so. I don't get the division.
Me neither to me Marvel and DC is the same thing, it's just superheroes Anyway i can only comment on the films and tv shows as i have never actually read any comics from Marvel or DC. Interesting... so your enjoyment has not made you interested in the comics. Why do you think that is? I ask because the comic book companies are BANKING on interest in the movies translating to interest in the comics... but its turned out that its just not there.

No my enjoyment of the Marvel and DC movies\tv shows have not made me interested in the comics. I don`t really know why but superhero comics have just never had any interest for me.

Sure they will be happy if the comics sales go up but I think they have diversified into entertainment companies that don't rely on comics sales. Today they have animation, TV shows, movies and video games as well as comics. When I was a kid I very rarely bought or read comics (did not have the time to invest in the lengthy complex story arcs) but I was a fan of all the super heroes because of cartoons, TV shows and movies.
