I wouldn't call it 'rape' since it was an act of compassion and Kirk himself was tortured from the events in the episode. And McCoy's statements bout Spock were true. They didn't have emotions such as love. So not racist when it's true.

One of the silliest episodes of the series. A shame because the central character, Flint, is good and James Daly delivers a good performance.

I thought it was actually ok but one problem I had was why would Kirk fall so madly in love with this girl so fast? She wasn't Edith Keeler. Where would you rank That Which Survives?
