Nice win for Purdue, they played a nice game without Haas, they still have enough talent to make a run.

And Syracuse pulls the upset!!!! Is anyone even watching today, this thread seems extremely quiet? Syracuse has a good team, I’m surprise they didn’t have a better regular season record, their defense is very strong. I’m glad to see the Spartans go down, I really dislike them after the whole Nassar abuse scandal and their cover up of it came out.

This tourney is insane, Nevada upsets Cincy, as that region gets even more insane.
Clemson is crushing Auburn in a shocker, I thought Auburn was a potential Final Four team while Clemson was going to lose quickly.

Too bad for UMBC. I read an article saying why it is difficult for these Cinderellas to keep it up.
1. The next team is no longer underestimating them.
2. They get over-excited after the first victory and lose focus. We say that they were more imprecise all around.
3. They get interviews going with the media, stay up celebrating, and something is off physically, for the next game.
Indeed. While they still played relatively well and kept it close until some 2-3 minutes left, they weren't as sharp as against Virginia.

And down goes Xavier! What a choke job by the Musketeers, incredibly bad, Bluiett only scored 8 points, really bad game for someone who’s usually such a high scorer.
Huggy and WVU looking very sharp destroying Marshall.
