I don't quite understand how this place is structured. Is Admin like a Proboards sysop who hops around all the different boards, IMDB 2 and otherwise, to keep a watchful eye on any shenanigans that may be going on?

I see. Thanks. And this John the Humble chap, is he like an assistant mod here or does he moderate other proboards boards since he has global something or other in his name? I confuse easily and have a tendency to not pay attention when I should.

Global means every board on this site. Some sites have mods for specific boards.
