It wasn't that bad. I'm wiling to keep watching for the time being. 1 episode usually isn't enough to make a final decision.

Pretty solid for a pilot, has definitely a lot of potential for it going. I hated the time travel fan service, and the first act made me nearly turn it off. But then it turned dramatic and the production values/art design and world building are blatantly impressive. The reveal of the collector of worlds was awesome. I read that - story wise - the show meanders until there is some great twist and family focus shift ( towards the Zod family ). |

If anyone paid $15 to go watch a 2 hour version of that pilot in theaters, they would be pissed off.  The only cool thing was the Braniac reveal at the end. And I'll bet he is hardly in the show for the first 6 episodes or so.  |

It may have potential so I'll keep giving it a chance.
Hopefully it doesn't go down in quality like the CW shows.

Hopefully it doesn't go down in quality like the CW shows. well, I just watched Supergirl Season 3 (not seen the previous seasons) because of the stellar reviews and curiosity. Just wanted to watch one episode and ended up watching all available. Must say the most enjoyable CBM show so far for me, all the others Marvel or DC I stopped watching at some time unless just one season. Supergirl is a guilty pleasure, just fun, loads of insanely beautiful women in charge, men play absolutely second fiddle. The only white guy is a right-wing villain-moron even mocking others as liberals, great great fun. I can see why some are so nuts about this show. |
