tor/s or actress/es with another one...which actor/s or actress/es WOULD you exchange (replace) in (a) roll/s? I'd replace OJ Simpson in ALL of his roles. I'd probably replace him with the late Bernie Casey (who was STILL alive back during ALL of OJ's films). MOST-DEFINITELY would want to replace him in Capricorn: One. HOWEVER, for the Naked Gun film series, I'd use Peter Lupus as he was in 'Police Squad'.

Stephen King once posed a hypothetical situation. He said that Ryan O'Neal should have played Jack Torrance in The Shining (a film he did not like) and Jack Nicholson should have played Barry Lyndon. I totally agree. Nicholson was already known for playing "maniac" characters, which in my opinion, made him less scary in The Shining. But he would have had just the right screen presence to play Barry Lyndon, a roll I think Ryan O'Neal was a little too soft for.
